Sunday 8th May

Looking out of the window, it's grey and damp..... lets hope people aren't put off !
Many thanks to those involved in making this happen this year, a big thanks to Lewis
for making Garry's year !

Saturday 7th May

It was a busy day in the shop, T Shirts trickling out, people pointing out it's going to
rain tomorrow..... Lewis and Garry in dispair over the modifications to the Can Am Spyder's
braking system ( convert from footbrake to bar lever ), things we're a bit gloomy.
With input from various sources and some technical genius, Lewis solved the
braking issue. The shop was now closed, the time had come for Garry to have his
go on his new set of wheels..... it was an awesome sight, Garry getting to grips with the
Spyder and lighting the rear wheel up in the car park, ' its alot of fun ' he declared !

Things are looking good !

The Event

We're meeting up at Wheelfit motorcycles from 9am Sunday 8th May 2011,
with prompt departure at 10.30am.

Wheelfit parking - to avoid a bottle neck when we leave, we'll be trying a filter system
where people turn up and join onto the organised que therefore leaving in
the order you turn up. We may also be having a biker with a difference heading
up the procession this year......

We then make our way up to Hunstanton, stop off at the Wash and Tope Hotel,
chill out on the green or take in the sights and food, then make your way back when you want.

Fundraising T shirts - Limited Stock Left

We'll be printing T shirts this year @ £10 each, limited run of 80 to start with.
Closing date for ordering more T shirts will be 28/4/11. Pop in the shop, phone or email to reserve yours,
or grab a last minute one on the day.

After talking to the owner, The Wash and Tope Hotel are very happy to be a helmet and gear
park whilst at Hunstanton. They're also offering the following -

Beef Roast Dinner @ £7.50

Fish 'n' Chips @ £6.50 ( eat in or take away ) and the hotel will donate £1 back to Magpas

They welcome bikers use their facilities and dine with them all year round.

Parking

We have missed out on parking on the green this year due to the Triumph Owners Club
getting in first !!! We've been offered an alternative parking area for free, the coach park.

The red arrow is where we normally park, green arrow is where we'll be parking this year.

I hope the parking issue does not affect the rideout too much, this year it's really
about remembering 'Ash' and raising lots of money for Magpas - Sean, Organiser.

Please help us spread the word, even if it's just putting a poster up
at work or in a place where bikers can see it - A4 poster

 

Well wishers in cars are more than welcome, please could you park
in the old 'Dickersons' entrance, leaving wheelfit for bikes.
